I was looking around before and found a couple that looked semi-promising. I don't remember the one but I am still looking. This one is a download for a program you put the info in and can print, I see nothing yet that auto-generates the info for me though. http://windows.podnova.com/download/116179/ I am going to keep searching for these as it is a good idea Damian.

It was not that it was not any good...I think the idea is GREAT. The particular one you found was not quite what I hoped for...However Josh.0 looks as if He is on to something.
